Our Transition team has set
up an apartment for our students to practice skills they will need when
they are out in their own apartment settings. This Transition apartment
is located in the CEC building. For more information about the Transition
Program at New Prague Area Schools, please contact our Special Services
Director, Tony Buthe, 952-758-1768
